What happens if I return a product for repair without a RMA number?
Product returns for repair requires a RMA number. This requirement is explained in Terms and Conditions of Sales. If a product is returned without a RMA number we will contact with you to help you follow the guidelines, but your request for repair will not be processed until proper procedures are met and a RMA number is assigned.
How long does it take to repair a product?
Normal repair duration is within 2 working days, but it would also depend to service departments work load. Telecrane USA always tries to keep this duration to a minimum.
Will I be charged for repairs during warranty period?
If warranty conditions are met, you will not be charged for repair or part replacements. Please note that wearing and consumable parts are not replaced free of charge as mentioned in warranty conditions.
