FAQ: Shipping and Delivery Status
When do you deliver the orders?
Telecrane USA processes orders within 24 hours after credit approval.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
When you place an order on telecraneusa.com, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know when the shipment was made and its expected delivery.
How can I check on my order's delivery status?
To check the delivery status of your order, please send us an email including your order number and zip code. We will follow up and update you on the delivery status.
What does it mean when I'm told my order is processing, shipped, item(s) not available or canceled?
Processing means we've received your order and are in the process of filling it.
Shipped means we've filled this portion of your order. It's on the delivery truck and will be delivered soon.
Item(s) Not Available means this portion of your order was not filled. A Customer Service Representative from Telecrane USA will be contacting you with more details.
Canceled means the order was canceled either by the customer or telecraneusa.com . A Customer Service Representative from Telecrane USA will be contacting you with more details.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Based on your requested shipping method, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order. Estimated delivery dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. When we use independent carriers to deliver orders, we base the estimated delivery dates upon information provided to us by the independent carriers. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
We deliver between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We cannot determine your exact delivery time, but we can tell you if your order was shipped, or if there are any problems with the delivery that have been reported to us by the delivery company that may delay delivery. Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed by 2:00 pm PST and where credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 5:00 pm PST on the same business day that the order is placed. (Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.)
What happens if my item arrived and it was defective?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Telecrane USA uses extra caution and checks each and every item delivered before actual shipment. However we can not guarantee the status of the product after handing over to the carrier and during the shipment. Each delivery covers standard UPS insurance to cover the damage during the shipment.
In case of physical damage to the packing, please do not accept the package from the carrier and make a damage report to the carrier and inform Telecrane USA of such a case. Telecrane USA will handle the matter with the carrier and will provide you with a replacement product.
If you accepted the product from the carrier as good delivery, Telecrane USA will not be liable for any physical damages.
